What is a cria? It's a baby alpaca or llama & it's that time again here at Sweet Pines Alpacas. We're expecting our first cria mid-June. Ultimately, what we really wish for is a healthy cria & healthy mom when all is said and done. However, the mysteries of whether it's a boy or a girl, what color it's going to be, & when it is finally going to arrive are so exciting we can hardly contain ourselves. We hope that you will help us spread the excitement by taking a few minutes to put in your guesses. This year the prizes are gift certificates to our ranch store containing all sorts of alpaca products. Each correct date is worth a $25 gift certificate. Plus, if you guess the date right, you can win a bonus of $5
each for gender & color.* Good luck!
Directions
Click on the alpaca for which you would like to place a guess. You can place one guess per alpaca. Choose a date & time (AM or PM). Enter your guesses for gender & color and your email address. If you guess right, we will contact you and send you your gift certificate.
*Only one gift certificate will be handed out per cria birth. An additional bonus will be given to the winners if they also guess the color and/or gender correctly.
